Withdrawal Procedure

Notice to withdraw from a gymnastics class must be received eleven (11 days) prior to the end of the session. Upon registration, a withdrawal procedure was provided for you to sign and kept on file. A copy of this procedure follows.

I understand that if my child/children desire to discontinue class/classes at Starkville Gymnastics, Inc., I must submit a Withdrawal Request form. This form must be received eleven (11 days) prior to the new session. If notification is not received eleven (11 days) prior to the new session, I understand that I am responsible for payment of the session even though my child/children will not have attended the session. I also understand that if I do not follow the proper withdrawal procedures, I will be charged and held responsible for payment of the sessions until proper notification is received.

Withdrawal Requests are kept on file. If a student has not withdrawn properly and wishes to re-enroll at a later date, any balance due must be paid before the student can re-enroll. Upon receiving the withdrawal notice, an email confirmation will be sent.
